Beginning Yoga 4 week series with Adrianna Webster

In this 4 week workshop series learn the basics and fundamentals of yoga. This workshop is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Join Adriana Webster, learn the basics in an intimate non-competitive environment. She will guide you through the fundamentals of alignment and breath work as you begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that arise from practicing yoga such as:
Increased flexibility;
Increased strength;
Cardiovascular and digestive health;
Sense of well being & relaxation.

You will learn proper yogic breathing techniques, sun salutations, standing poses and hip openers, deep relaxation, and basic yoga postures.  You don't have to able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
Class will meet Sundays 10:30-12:00 starting May 7-28th.  Includes handouts and two studio classes (expire 2 weeks after last session) Class is limited to 8 people to ensure individual attention. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are provided.
